Who doesn’t like boxing? We haven’t found one person yet. Our boxing classes are designed to be 3 rounds of combo rounds where we’ll teach you the fundamentals of boxing and practice new combinations, and 3 rounds of drill rounds where we’ll raise your heart rate and combine strength, cardio and boxing exercises to give you a fun, yet challenging boxing experience.
Our boxing classes are (ironically enough) great brain training, and a fun way to perform high-intensity cardiovascular training, while also developing strength.
