Group Fitness Classes

At JAND Boutique Fitness Studio we offer 15 Group Fitness classes each week. These classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and strength. Group Fitness is a great way to improve your health and fitness in a fun and social community environment. Our friendly members make exercise fun, leaving you in anticipation for your next exciting encounter.

JAND Boutique Fitness Studio is run by one of the best trainers going around, Jacob. His knowledge of movement will mean you’ll have an alternative for any and every exercise depending on what you need. With classes capped at 6, you can assure you will receive personal attention with all the benefits of a group environment.

Classes

Fundamental Strength

 Our fundamental strength classes are designed to develop functional strength through practicing the 7 fundamental human movements. This class will develop strength by breaking movement down and building your body back up.

Hypertrophy Strength

Our hypertrophy strength classes are designed to increase your muscle size and strength. This class will increase your lean muscle mass, which in turn, will increase your basal metabolic rate, meaning you’ll burn more energy (even at rest).

Core

 Our core strengthening classes are designed to develop core strength from the fingers to the toes. This is a unique approach to developing core strength and reflects the unique JAND movement system. This class will develop all the stabilising muscles, starting at the pelvis.

HIT

 Our HIT classes are designed to be a combination of cardiovascular and strength training. This class will increase your heart rate, burning a heap of calories, and continue to burn calories even after you’ve finished.

Boxing

 Our boxing classes are designed to be a fun cardiovascular workout with a bit of strengthening. This class will teach you how to box correctly, develop full body strength and burn a heap of calories, just as the HIT class does.
