A favourite of everybody’s. Our core classes are designed to strengthen your abs (rectus abdominus) as well as your core (transverse abdominus and other deep, core, stabilising muscles). Our core strengthening classes have been found to help reduce lower back pain, upper back pain and set the foundation for overcoming all other pains and injuries across the body.
