Our hypertrophy strength classes are designed to increase lean muscle mass and strength. Don’t worry, you won’t get big and bulky. But lean muscle is very important for increasing your metabolic rate and strength. As your lean muscle increases, so to does your basal metabolic rate, meaning you’ll burn more energy, even at rest! Plus, you’ll have extra strength to do all those everyday tasks.
