About Us

JAND, formerly Northern Skies Fitness and Jacob Andreae Fitness, was founded by Jacob in 2011 after years of study and real-life experience. In addition to his advanced health, fitness and psychology certifications, Jacob holds degrees in teaching, exercise science, a graduate diploma in psychology, and has worked as a university lecturer, teacher and institute of sport coach.

Today, JAND is a fitness community in the 'burbs. In 2017, Jacob started running his classes again from the privacy and convenience of his backyard to build a unique outdoor boutique fitness experience.
